Hey guys, there will be class trip held in the middle of December.
It would be our own trip, without any tour guide.

Below are the information regarding the trip.

Date: 11~13 Dec 2009

Venue: Melaka

Departure Time : In the afternoon

1. Melaka Ayer Keroh: Crocodile Farm, Butterfly Farm Park, World Bees Museum

2. A Famosa, A Famosa Water World (speed slides, raft rides, tube slides, large wave pool)

3. Eye On Melaka (Trampoline Bungee & Pirate Ship)

4. The Melaka River Cruise

5. Jonker Street

6. Zoo Melaka and or Night Safari

7. Or maybe beaches? Situated outside Melaka, approximately 10~20km

Most probably staying at : Felix Inn

We should be taking Deluxe Family. So, most probably can fit 4~5 people in a room.

But if you guys wish to have a luxury night.

We could arrange it to 3 people in the room . But the fees have to be divided among yourselves.

Or we could bring sleeping bag.

Estimation for the trip would be around: RM 150 (This is the rough estimation for food and accomodation and it does not include outdoor activities)

Other than that, drivers are seriously needed for this trip.

Gathering: Update

Good news for everyone..

SHEA SHIN HAS AGREED TO HOLD THE GATHERING AT HIS HOUSE!

So the details of our gathering are as follows:
Venue: Shea Shin's house
Date: 19th September 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 5pm
Activity/ies: Pot Luck, chit chat, have FUN!!!

On to more complicated matters.

FOOD.
Since it's a pot luck, we wouldn't want everyone to be bringing the same type of food. Variety rocks. Therefore, Wen Jie, Wei Kuang and I will be actively contacting each and everyone of you to firstly confirm your attendances, and secondly note the food you will bring. The types of food required will be carbohydrates, meaty meat, dessert and drinks.
Each type of food should preferably have some variety as well. Eg. fried rice and noodles for carbs, chicken wings and nuggets for meat, fruits and sweet stuff for dessert, etc. Not the most imaginative menu here but you get the point.
Oh and, couple or few people grouping up to bring one dish would be sweet too. As long as there's ~~more than~~ enough food for everyone =D

OTHERS.
Of course, we will need plates, cups, tissue paper etc for our feast. Then, we will also need a camera to capture the moments. People who fear they might get bored can bring board games or poker cards, that is assuming Shea Shin's house do not have all those already. Finally, if you feel like being a kiddo, there is always some Lego waiting for you.

I have mentioned that Wen Jie, Wei Kuang and I will be contacting you in the next days. However, I do appreciate it if you can inform us on what food/drinks/others you will be bringing as well in the chatterbox in the right, as it will make our jobs easier =)

GATHERING!!!

Hello to those of you who still come to this dying/dead blog.

A 5s2 gathering is being planned for this Raya break weekend. As I have just mentioned, the gathering is still very much in its PLANNING stages and nothing is concrete as yet. Thus, I am really hoping that with everyone's effort and cooperation, our gathering will be pulled off successfully =)

The date being mooted is 19th September 2009 (Saturday) or 20th September 2009 (Sunday), which ever date which suits the majority. The venue and activities are open to discussion, although my personal suggestion would be to gather at someone's house and have a pot luck. That way, we save money and time traveling from one place to another, and we are practically free to carry out any crazy activity (e.g. truth or dare) in a way that is impossible at malls or public places. Besides, we get to spend time together chit chatting =)

So, what do you think? Leave your opinions and suggestions in the chatterbox on the right of this page, and be quick! Afterall, Raya break is just one week away.. If you agree with my suggestion, please state your preferred date, time and venue (i.e. who's house?); if you disagree, please voice out your suggestions.

Why long time no post wan???

Konnichiwa!! =)

Don't have much time so I will make this short.

Japan is just freaking awesome!! :D It's spring now so sakura flowers are blooming everywhere, damn beautiful. Today was my first day to school & I can say that Japs can't speak a proper English sentence. Oh yeah Jap schoolgirls are so kawaii that I think I'm gonna get diabetes soon from all the sweetness. I haven't seen any good looking Jap guys yet. =( But their uniform is way cooler than ours.

Amazingly, there is like zero school rules around here. Guys have long hair & don't button up. Girls are wearing their skirts so short that I can see their butts. And best yet, they can use their handphones freely in the school & the teachers don't care. Ain't it just awesome???

Apparently, Ms. Margaret is not free to go out this Saturday. She suggested a weekday but most people would be unable to come then. So, the idea has been postponed. Sorry if i have caused any inconvenience to you guys. If you all are still interested, we can organise it another time when more people are available to go. Ms. Margaret said the place has historical value and is really beautiful.

I suggest we go there on our own if you are interested because the number of people willing to go seems to be very small. I will take care of Ms. Margaret's transport to go there. But most importantly we need to settle the next issue so I can contact her.

King's House a.k.a Carcosa Seri Negara

We have a DILEMMA.

Firstly, congratulations to everyone that did well in the SPM. For those who got an A for Sejarah, you must continue reading...

Less than 12 months ago, Ms. Margaret told our class that she hopes that those who got an A for Sejarah could treat her to a high tea at Carcosa Seri Negara. She, in particular mentioned about hoping to try the scones there. She said that she felt disappointed each year because she produces students with A's for Sejarah and yet not a single class has ever gotten round to treating her to the scones at Carcosa Seri Negara.

Anyone who is interested in going to Carcosa Seri Negara this month with Ms. Margaret and the class, please contact me, Xin Lin or drop your comments at the Cbox by the 18th March 2009 (Wednesday). I hope to make the outing on the 21st March (Saturday.) It would probably be from 1.30pm to 4p.m. The details of the outing will be confirmed when i find out how many people are able to go.

I have also included a link regarding what Carcosa Seri Negara is about. Apparently, it is famous for its high tea and scenic view. However, the price of the high tea is RM60++ . I must admit, this is pretty expensive for a meal.

For the sake of resuscitating it, I shall post something.

I'm currently trying to gather information for the "Where Are They Now?" list. Basically it's a list of where each troublemaker is & what are they doing now, like which college they're in etc. I've sent out my inquiries through email to all but Sri Ganesha 'cause he doesn't have an email address. Does anyone know how to contact him? :D

Wen Jie had previously sent out sms-es of a 3 day trip to Malacca. I'm not sure how that is doing but I'll ask him about it.

For those who hadn't reply me through email, pls leave these following details of you in the cbox!

I hope you all can read maps as well as knowing how to use Google Map. IF you really don't know how to use the map then ask pro people like me to assist you.

By the way, I think that the 拜年 matter should be settled earlier to prevent any unwanted inconveniences. Planning on the day before is a bit too late. We should 1st come upon agreement on who are the organizers to enable smooth plannings.
